My Napfa test is on 9 july 08. I have not been training or exercising for ard 2 years. The day before thurs, my frens and i were in school to train for Napfa. We did the incline pull up, standing board jump, sit and reach and 2.4 km run. Before training for Napfa, we went to our sch hall to play badminton. Super tired for the day. haha! The nxt day which is on thurs, my hands, shoulder and legs are aching . I feel like an old woman. haha! Today, the aching has not subsided.=x I wonder hw am i going to pass my Napfa test? haha! If my school has PE lessons frm yr 1 to 3, i dun need to worry for my Napfa test le. Nw a days, I gt 6 projects to do. I need to have presentation and/or role play ard 21 july for most of the projects. Hence, i am rushng my projects. sian...

Last sat, i went to watch incredible hulk movie with ql in cine-leisure. It was a nice and exciting movie. Guess hw much we pay for the movie tickets?? Its.......$10.50 per person. *heart-ache*. I din noe its so expensive!!! If i noe i will perfer to watch on weekdays since i m having holiday nw. =X Going out with ql for a movie is a very diff experience. haha! Guys who want to woo ql will surely be very happy to go out with her for a movie. haha! If u wanna noe wat ql does during the cinema shw... u can either go out with her for a movie or ask her personally. haha! Ops! shh... if u ever noe what ql does, just keep it a secret. haha! Today i go out with ebene to amk hub to watch kong fu panda movie. Its a funny show. Also worth the $$ to watch. Best if u can watch movie during weekdays. Cos its a lot cheaper for students. haha!

I am back! Recently, i am too busy with sch stuff to update my blog until i almost forget that i have a blog. haha! Finally, I have 2 weeks break. haha! A few days ago, i have contacted with dengue. Life is miserable. The doctor says that there is no medicine to cure dengue. I have to recover by myself. Almost everyday, i have to go for a blood test. This is to see if my platelets have decreased or increased. If my platelets are 70 and below, i have to go to hospital. Hospital will give me injuctions to increase my platelets. If my platelets have increased, it is a good sign. Normal people will have ard 150 to 400 platelets. Nw my platelets have increased to 171, which is in the normal range. However, doctor still advice mi not to go out. Cos he scared that anytime my platelets may decreased n i may faint. This fri i m going for blood test again. If everything is fine, i can probably go out nxt week. haha!
