I had my 1st japanese lesson today! I enjoy the lesson veri much.=p My teacher's full name is call ota kenji. He said when he 1st came to spore, he heard ppl calling his name.."Otah, Otah"..Den he found out that his sir name in spore is a food name. hahaha!He taught us sm greatings words n cls rm expressions. He said every time he cum into the cls he will say ohayoo gozaimasu(good morning) n we had to say back to him in jap.Whenever he called our name, we had to say hai(yes).Sometimes, when we pass ard the papers in cls, we gt to say doozo(please) n doomo(thank you). He also tell us tt whenever we say those greatings words we gt to bow, its japan culture. So tiring to bow everytime.. But its fun hehe =pWe were taught hw to bow, hw to write n hw to speak. cool! A veri fun lesson =p At ard 1pm, i had business law tutorial.Our teacher also made the tutorial fun.=p When he called our name, we had to say either our favourite food or favourite country. He say lyk tt helps him to remember sm names..He gt a hearing problem sia.When i tell him venice, he tot tt i wan him to call my name as SALLY leh..HAHA!! He told us a funny story. Here it goes.. One day, 1 woman was admited to hospital for labour. She born a boy n a gal babies. However her husband was in oversea.Hence she requested the doct to call her husband to tink of names for the 2 babies.But her husband cannot b contacted.Hence the doct ask her husband's younger brother to think of the names.After tt, doct tell the woman:" Ur husband cant b contacted, so i called his brother to tink of the names." Woman says to doct:" What!!!! Dun ever called his brother to tink of names!!! He will never give gd names!! but ani way since his brother had done it, tell mi wat is my daughter name?" Doct say: Denice.. Woman say: the name nt bad leh.. den hw abt my son? Doct say: the newphew.. haha! Actually Denice is sld b known as "the niece" its just the pronounciation problem. hahaha!
